Why borough pages are not enough

Borough guidance is useful, but planning outcomes can change street-by-street. Two similar houses in the same borough can get different answers if one is in a conservation area, has a restrictive planning condition, or has lost PD rights.

What the checker is (and isn't)

• Its score is: a rule-based risk indicator, not a predicted probability of approval.
